Exchange Policy

  • Kings Clothing is pleased to offer exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition and free from any customer-induced damage.
  • All original tags must remain attached, and the original receipt must be provided.
  • Items may be exchanged at any of our retail locations, provided the above conditions are met.
  • For gift items, please ensure the invoice number is noted on the product tag.

Discounted Items

  • Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for further exchanges.

Final Sale Items

  • Undergarments, Fashion Accessories (Cosmetics), Swimwear, Gift Cards, and E-Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you purchased a product online from Kings Clothing via www.kingsclothing.lk you may return it to one of our stores with the original receipt. Please note that we can only process an exchange for in-store returns; refunds are not available.

If you need to return an item due to a defect or incorrect product received, you may return it to our Kings Clothing store at No. 124/2, Ambathale Road, Kelanimulla, Mulleriyawa New Town for an exchange or store credit.

Cancellation Policy
